- Imicol Super is an antagonist to the nicotinic acetyl choline receptor in the central nervous system
- It works by interfering with the transmission of stimuli in the insect nervous system specifically, it causes blockage in nicotinergic neuronal pathway
- This blockage of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors leads to the accumulation of acetylcholine, and excitation of nerve cell
- It results in the paralysis and eventual death of the insect pests
